  • Bryan Castilla, AMFT

    Bryan Castilla (he/him/el) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #150012) supervised by Fanny Vazquez. Bryan provides individual, children and family psychotherapy. Bryan is available for online therapy Additionally, he is able to provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

    As a first generation queer Mexican-American, Bryan has understood the generational plight that often comes with the intersections that define our very identity. Additionally, in getting his education in rural California, Bryan has grown passionate about the inequities and barriers that come when advocating for the mental health needs of his clients. Within his line of work he has experience working with individuals who face generational, cultural, gender and sexuality trauma. Bryan has experience working with POC and BIPOC queer individuals who are HIV+ or who have faced systemic discrimination and generational trauma.

    Bryan utilizes an eclectic modality to provide a safe, empathetic, compassionate, and warm space for his clients. Bryan believes that the way that we express our emotions is through our first language. Therefore, Bryan’s person-centered approach meets you at your pace.

    Bryan is also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(TF-CBT) and in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR can help alleviate symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression, promoting overall mental well-being and resilience.

    When working with couples Bryan uses a Gottman Method approach.

  • Marialejandra Gutiérrez, AMFT

    Marialejandra (she/her/ella) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #147661) who provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She is a first-gen Latina and daughter of Ecuadorian and Mexican immigrant parents. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and the first in her family to obtain a graduate degree.

    Marialejandra specializes in trauma-informed care with a focus on generational trauma, intersections of cultural identity, and inner child wounds. She is passionate about supporting and guiding first-gen, children of immigrants in building an internal sense of safety, and reclaiming their voice, inner strength and self-trust.

    Marialejandra is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and empathetic space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She is dedicated to supporting her clients in building a more authentic life. She employs a collaborative and person-centered approach which emphasizes the importance of collaboration, where each clients’ unique experiences and voice are central to the healing process.

    She also utilizes a holistic approach, integrating mindfulness and evidence-based practices to support healing such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), journaling, visualization, grounding, and self-care.

    When working with couples Bryan uses a Gottman Method approach.

  • Candace Rosales, AMFT

    Candace Rosales (She/her/ella) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT#127488) supervised by Fanny Vazquez. Candace provides therapy for individuals, children, families, and couples. She is available for in-person and online therapy. Candace is bilingual in English and Spanish.

    Candace is a first-generation Latina who is driven by her passion for mental health and helping others find their voice. She has a deep understanding of challenges with generational trauma, cultural identity, and systemic issues that impact a person’s wellbeing.

    Candace employs a person-centered approach that prioritizes empathy and creating a safe, accepting environment for clients to explore their experiences without judgement. Recognizing that each individual’s journey in therapy is unique, she tailors her approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each person, fostering a deeply personalized therapeutic experience.

    In Addition, Candace has training working with clients experiencing grief and loss. Candace also enjoys working with couples utilizing techniques from Gottman Method.

  • Estefani Medina, LMFT

    Estefani Medina (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Lic. #123566), who provides Individual and Couples therapy. She is available for online therapy only.

    Estefani is a first-generation Mexican American and first in her family to obtain a graduate degree. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish. Estefani is a clinician well versed in cultural issues such as clasismo, sexism, racism and microaggressions, machismo, and social injustices impacting the mental health of individuals.

    When working with clients, Estefani recognizes the individuality of each person and tailors her skills and application of interventions based on the presenting problem. Estefani utilizes a collaborative and person-centered approach to develop treatment goals, coping skills, and develop a trusting relationship. She focuses on creating an environment that exudes safety, acceptance, and empathy to work towards the client's goals and healing.

    Estefani has received training in Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma through USC, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

    She also works with couples combining multiple approaches and has received training utilizing the Gottman Method (Level 1 and Treating Affairs and Trauma).

  • Stephanie Bobadilla, LCSW

    Stephanie Bobadilla (she/her/ella) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lic. #104267) who provides individual and family psychotherapy. She is available for in-person and online therapy.

    As a first-generation Latina, she is passionate about breaking the stigma of mental health and helping others break through patterns of generational trauma to bring healing, inner peace, and self-love. She supports and guides clients to discover their strengths and create a life they deserve.

    Stephanie strives to create a compassionate, supportive and nonjudgmental environment for her clients. Whether this is their first-time seeking therapy, they have experienced a transition that might be challenging, they are tired of cycling through negative patterns in life and relationships, or perhaps anxiety is affecting their mood and they don’t feel like themselves lately. She enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds who are ready to explore change.

    She is trained as a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She utilizes therapeutic techniques that are focused on mindfulness, grounding, self-care and embracing individual strengths to assist with nourishing and healing the mind, body, and soul.

  • Fanny Vázquez, LMFT

    Fanny Vazquez (she/her/ella) is the Clinical Director of Healing Trails Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Lic. #49792). She provides Individual, Couples, and Family psychotherapy. Fanny is a first-generation, bilingual and bicultural Latina.

    In practice, she utilizes a whole-body approach to treating mental health issues, addressing the full range of emotional, mental, physical, social, spiritual, and environmental influences. Therapeutic techniques are focused on healing the body through psychoeducation, emotional expression, healthy thought patterns, relaxation and self-regulation, as well as nutrition, movement, and breath work.

    She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). She is also trained in Brainspotting and in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

    In addition, she has specialized training to work with couples utilizing Gottman Method (Levels 1-3 and treating affairs and trauma), as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT).
