Online Therapy
Online therapy, also known as telehealth therapy, provides mental health support and counseling through our HIPAA compliant platform where you can participate in video call with your therapist. This convenient and accessible form of therapy allows you to receive professional help from the comfort of your own home, ensuring flexibility and privacy while maintaining the same level of care and confidentiality as traditional in-person sessions.

Walk + Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy combines the benefits of traditional therapy with the calming effects of nature, involving sessions where the therapist and client walk together outdoors. This approach reduces stress through the physical movement occurring during the session and can make it easier to discuss difficult topics in a relaxed, natural environment, fostering a unique and holistic therapeutic experience.
We first assess to determine if clients are appropriate candidates for walk and talk therapy, ensuring that this therapeutic approach aligns with their individual needs and circumstances.
In-Person Therapy
In-person therapy involves meeting with a therapist face-to-face in our comfortable, private Long Beach office setting. This traditional form of therapy allows for direct, personal interaction, fostering a deep therapeutic connection and providing a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with professional guidance and support.
