Telehealth

  • Telehealth session are online therapy sessions, using a safe and secure website designed for healthcare providers. It allows clients to recieve therapeutic services from the comfort of their own preferred location such as home, work, or even their car that is accessible and convenient.

In-Person (Office)

  • We provide In-person therapy, face-to-face sessions at our office in Long Beach, CA. Please note that not all of our therapists are available for in-person sessions. Contact us for more details on availability.

Walk and Talk

  • Walk and talk therapy, also known as outdoor or nature therapy, is a therapeutic approach that blends the benefits of physical activity with psychotherapy. In this innovative form of therapy, clients engage in sessions while walking outdoors, often in natural settings like parks or along scenic trails. Walk and talk therapy highlights the holistic nature of therapy, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
